CLIENT

Airbus, a well-known name in the world of Aerospace, is continuously providing new technologies and innovations to improve their passengers‘ flight experience.
In this context, we worked with the Airbus Cabin Marketing Team to translate the latest features of their A330neo Airspace interior into moving images for their B2B as well as B2C customers.

REQUIREMENT

We were approached by Airbus to produce a video for this years AIX, the world’s largest Aircraft Interiors Expo, showcasing the latest features of the A330neo Airspace cabin. The film is intended to accompany various passengers as they experience the new cabin interior, including their new welcome and hero lights, elevating passenger experience and airline differentiation.

RESULT

Within just six weeks from pre-production to the release of the final video, we managed to provide the Airbus Cabin Marketing Team with three Videos for different target groups, including a choreographed dance performance. Shooting in a virtual production studio enabled us to limit the production effort so that we could work on the 3D cabin at the same time and merge these two worlds in post-production. The film was successfully screened at the AIX24 trade fair in Hamburg.

Innovative Production – Maximum Awareness

In collaboration with BLYNK, AIRBUS embarked on an ambitious project: the development of an emotionalizing video campaign for the new A330neo cabin features. Only through innovative virtual production technology was it possible to stage real actors on set with the cabin rendered in 3D in the Unreal Engine in real time and to respond flexibly to the client’s requirements. This technology made it possible to complete the project in a very tight time frame of just six weeks in time for AIX (Aircraft Interior Expo).

For the first time, an aircraft cabin was staged using a contemporary dance performance. Together with a choreographer and two dancers, we developed a choreography that was intended to emotionally emphasize the individual features.
